Highlighting the creative/digital work for Alexi Giannoulias, who was sworn into office as Illinois' 38th Secretary of State on January 9, 2023. In this capacity he also serves as the State Librarian and State Archivist. Giannoulias is committed to transforming the office's antiquated IT infrastructure to modernize operations and improve customer service for all Illinoisans.

The “I Will” flag was designed by High School student Andrew Duffy and mentored by Graphic Designer Martin Burciaga. The flag shows through color, shape, and symbolism the importance of the County’s waterways, the beauty of its natural lands, the innovation and commerce of its residents, and its core belief in social justice.
