2020 CENSUS

What originally began as a pitch to replace images of people with illustrations to be used by Cook County, IL Government has become a nationally recognized graphic of diversity for the 2020 Census.

Starting in Chicago and used in social media of local governments from California to Florida and many states in between, the colorful images of diverse characters has been used on trains, billboards and stickers to name a few.

In the wake of the global pandemic (Covid-19) our efforts to reach our communities and the hard to count shifted to digital platforms and now using these images for video calling people to action and respond in the 2020 Census.
